Iranian film ‘The Woodpecker’ is at final technical stages of production process with the composer in Ukraine to make the film score.
All efforts have been made for Behrouz Shoeibi’s new offering to be ready for the latest edition of Iran Fajr National Film Festival to be held in February 2018.
'The Woodpecker' stars famed thespian Jamshid Hashempour in different role with the film score in development by Behzad Abdi who is now in Ukraine to take care of such task.
The third cinematic offering of Shoeibi has other notable Iran actors such Mahnaz Afshar and Sara Bahrami in the cast.
“There is nothing harder in life than seeing someone you love decided to be alone. You enjoy seeing her and hearing her voice, but she closed the doors and chooses loneliness in your place ... There is nothing harder in life than being left alone. You see your loved ones and you love them, but they all deny you. They closed doors on you and you are alone. Loneliness is a swamp,” a short description for the film read.
